How it works

A marketplace your neighborhood actually owns.

Three sides — the people who grow and make things, the drivers who carry them, and the neighbors who buy them. Every dollar stays within ~25 miles of your front door.

01

Browse what's actually local.

Every supplier and creator on Only Local is within delivery distance of your home — verified, photographed, and paid fairly. No drop-shippers, no aggregators, no mystery middlemen.

02

A neighbor drives it to your door.

Local routes for local drivers. Not gig-economy churn — independent contractors paid honestly, working zones they actually know.

03

Pay fairly, support your community.

15–25% commission rather than 30–40%. Sellers keep more, drivers earn more, prices stay reasonable. Independently owned. Local-first. No outside investors.

For you

Four ways to be part of it.

Pick your role on the launch list — we'll email you when we open in your zone.

Customer

  • Shop directly from producers you can drive past on a Saturday.
  • First pick when delivery opens in your zone.
  • Real photos, real prices, real people — no algorithm-flooded feed.

Supplier — goods, food, produce

  • Farms, bakers, butchers, beekeepers, jam makers, dairies.
  • 15–22% commission. You keep the rest.
  • Premium storefront with your story, photos, certifications.

Creator — services, artisans, makers

  • Photographers, mobile bars, picnic setups, plant nurseries, classes.
  • Booking-first storefront so customers can inquire and reserve.
  • 20–25% commission with promotional placement during launch.

Driver — deliveries

  • Drive routes inside your own neighborhood, on your own schedule.
  • Honest base pay, not algorithm-driven crumbs.
  • Fewer apps to juggle — one zone, one platform, real local relationships.

Why we're building this

Because food shouldn't travel further than the people who grew it.

Big delivery platforms take 30–40% from local sellers, pay drivers in algorithmic crumbs, and sell your neighborhood's data to anyone who'll buy it. Only Local Co. is the opposite of that. Independently owned. Local-first. No outside investors telling us what to optimize. We answer to the people who live and work in the zones we deliver to — and that's it.

Questions

We're coming to Texas and Oregon. The first cities open city-by-city, with the launch list getting exact dates before anyone else. Pick your city on the signup above so we can let you know when your area lights up.
Three big differences. (1) Only suppliers within ~25 miles of your home — no national chains, no warehouse aggregators. (2) Commission is 15–25% rather than 30–40%, so producers keep more and prices stay reasonable. (3) Independently owned with no outside investors; we answer to the zones we deliver to.
We launch zone-by-zone inside each city. Producers and customers in Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin) and Oregon (Salem, Portland, Eugene) — sign up and we'll let you know the moment your zone lights up. Adjacent zones open after each anchor zone hits about 100 active customers.
Zero up-front. No monthly fees. We take a commission only on completed orders (15% on raw farm goods, 18–22% on prepared/baked, 20–25% on artisan services). Stripe handles payouts directly to your account.
Honest, posted base rates per delivery — you see the dollar amount before accepting. No surge-math obfuscation, no algorithm clawing rates back. 100% of customer tips go to the driver, full stop.

Independently owned · Local first

From their hands
to your door.

Only Local Co. exists because we believe the people growing your food, the people making your bread, and the people driving it to you should be the ones who profit from it — not a board in another state. Get on the launch list and help us light up your zone first.
